Terms of Service✦ I retain the rights to decline a commission for any reason. Commissions are not first come, first serve; I accept requests based on my personal preferences and if I am confident enough to take on the commission.✦ Progress will not begin for a commission until a full or partial payment is made. Payment plans can be arranged upon request.✦ I do not offer full refunds if I have already started on the commission.✦ I retain all rights to the art I create. This includes sharing commissioned work or WIPs of commissioned work on my social medias, streaming the creation process, or featuring it in portfolios, speedpaints, videos, etc. If you would like a commission to remain private or excluded from being shared, streamed, or recorded, please make this clear in your request.✦ I will not accept commissions depicting sensitive or NSFW themes from clients under the age of 18.✦ I will not accept requests that include A.I. generated or otherwise stolen content as references. Including such content in a request will result in an automatic decline.✦ Payment will be processed via PayPal invoice in USD.Use of Art✦ Vtuber Model Commissions are priced to include full Commercial Usage Rights.✦ Commissioned art, regardless of commercial status, is not authorized to be used for AI training or minted as NFTs.Preferences✦ favorite themes:

- stolen or A.I. generated character designs
- content I deem hateful, discriminatory, or offensiveUpon Acceptance✦ Maximum turnaround time is 3-6 months from the date of confirmation. A deadline or express commission can be arranged for a 10%-25% fee depending on the deadline.✦ I will provide frequent WIPs and status updates to the best of my ability, and revisions and edits can be freely requested during these updates. Additional charges may be incurred if large revisions are requested for already-rendered portions of the model.✦ Final files will be delivered via Google Drive in full-resolution, PSD format. A PNG will also be provided.✦I may take creative liberties in my interpretation and rendition of characters, and the final product may not be 100% accurate to references given unless specifics are made.✦ Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once completed. I do not authorize chargebacks and must be promptly notified if a cancellation is necessary. If requested, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress of the piece.
