✦ hello! i'm NXCTES (pronounced noc-tess), a digital artist and aspiring mangaka from Atlanta who loves to find inspiration in the dichotomy between supernatural and mundane, creating works of art from my original worldbuilding project "AEVITERNA".i've been drawing ever since i had the faculties to hold a pencil, working with digital art specifically for about 12 years. i'm heavily inspired by anime, music, and dark genres.

Commissions are not first come, first serve; I accept requests based on my personal preferences.✦ Progress will not begin for a commission until a full or partial payment is made. Payment plans can be arranged upon request.✦ I do not offer full refunds if I have already started on the illustration.✦ I retain all rights to the art I create. This includes sharing commissioned work or WIPs of commissioned work on my social medias, streaming the creation process, or featuring it in portfolios, speedpaints, videos, etc. Please make it clear in your request if an NDA is required for your commission.✦ I will not accept commissions depicting sensitive or NSFW themes from clients under the age of 18.✦ I will not accept requests that include A.I. generated or otherwise stolen content as references. - content I deem hateful, discriminatory, or offensiveUpon Acceptance✦ Standard turnaround time for Vtuber models is between 4-6 months, potentially longer if it is a large model with many toggles.✦ If you have a hard deadline or would like to prioritize your commission for a faster turnaround, it will incur a priority fee of +25-50% of the base price, determined by the overall complexity of the model.✦ I will maintain communication with updates on the model's progress to the best of my ability, and you are free to request updates and revisions during said updates at any time. Extreme revisions of large parts of the model that have already been approved may incur additional fees, but overall you are free to request changes and edits at any time during the creation process at no extra charge.✦ Final files will be delivered via Google Drive. Note that this service included the separated, ready-to-rig model art ONLY and does not include Live2D rigging.✦ Any additional separation, layer organization, or revisions required from the rigger after the commission is completed can be requested of me at no extra charge.✦ I may take creative liberties in my rendition of characters, and the final product may not be 100% accurate to references given unless specifics are made.✦ Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once completed.✦ Thank you for reading!
